Policy Statement

Policy Statement ("Statement”) of On Time Publishing, of PO Box 61457, Raleigh, North Carolina 27661 (“Seller”), and provided to Consumer (“Buyer”).

1.  Items Purchased:  For value received and other consideration, the Seller agrees with the Buyer to provide the Buyer with On Time Publishing products (“Goods”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Statement.

2.  Product Standards:  Goods shall comply with industry standards.

3.  Refunds: The Buyer may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by On Time Publishing within 21 days of delivery for a refund.  The Buyer may also return new, opened items sold and fulfilled by On Time Publishing within 21 days of delivery for a partial refund. Seller shall provide Buyer with Exchange / Return Policy for refund information on purchased items.

4.  Inspection & Exchanges:  The Buyer, upon receiving possession of Goods, shall have 14 days to inspect the Goods and determine if the Goods conform to the conditions of this Statement.  If the Buyer, in good faith, determines that all or a portion of the Goods are non-conforming, the Buyer may exchange the Goods.  The Buyer must provide written notice to the Seller of the reason for rejecting the Goods.  The Seller will have 14 days from the return of the Goods to cure any and all defects, or be held in breach.  Seller shall provide Buyer with Exchange / Return Policy for exchange information on purchased items.

5.  Pricing: Seller shall provide Buyer current product documentation for pricing information.

6.  Payment:  Payment shall be made to On Time Publishing, PO Box 61457, Raleigh, North Carolina 27661.  Complete payment is due before shipment of product to Buyer.  Seller only accepts credit cards via our secured online order process.  When agreed upon by Seller and Buyer, checks will be accepted, where returned checks will be subject to a $20 penalty.  All sales are final unless otherwise agreed to by Seller and Buyer with the exception of the Exchange / Return Policy.

7.  Address Correction: If your address has changed since the original order please give Seller your new address.

8.  Delivery:  Goods will be ordered and / or delivered as soon as the Buyer’s payment has cleared.  Seller is responsible for proper packaging of Goods so the Goods will arrive at the destination without damage.

9.  Warranties:  Neither party makes any warranties with respect to the use, sale or other transfer of the Goods by the other party or by any third party.  In no event will Seller be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, that are in any way related to Goods.  Seller warrants that all Goods shall be free of defects in material and workmanship and in conformance with industry standards.
