Exchange / Return Policy

On Time Publishing wants you to be satisfied with your book(s).  Upon receipt of your order, please check your shipment for damages.  On Time Publishing will make every effort to ensure the safe and proper delivery of your order.  However, please follow these important steps if your merchandise is damaged or if you would like to return the book(s) for a refund.

1. Shipping: If the exterior packaging is damaged, contact the shipping company at once to report the damage and follow their instructions.  If necessary, request that they immediately return the book(s) to On Time Publishing at the address listed below.  If, however, only the contents of the shipment are damaged, or defective, then follow the exchange policy instructions that follow.  Note: Merchandise damaged in transit is not the responsibility of On Time Publishing.  Please make claim to the carrier.

2. Refunds: You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by On Time Publishing within 21 days of delivery for a refund. You must include your On Time Publishing packing list received with your order (and is actually inside the package, so please do not open the package). You should receive your refund within 21 days of shipping your package, but in most cases you will receive your refund more quickly.  Return shipping fees are not refundable.  Please indicate that you want a refund.

3. Partial Refunds: You may return new, opened items sold and fulfilled by On Time Publishing within 21 days of delivery for a partial refund. Items will be reviewed on an individual basis and must be returned in new and unsoiled condition. You must include your On Time Publishing packing list received with your order. The partial refund will be in the amount $5.00 for opened items. You should receive your refund within 21 days of shipping your package, but in most cases you will receive your refund more quickly.  Return shipping fees are not refundable.  Please indicate that you want a refund.

Note: Knowingly purchasing a "slightly damaged book" from OTP cannot be returned for book cover damages caused by shipping, but can only be returned for damages to the inside of the book.

4. Damaged Merchandise: Book(s) damaged as a result of material defects, misprints, or any damage outside of those due to shipping, may be returned and exchanged for a replacement item that is in proper condition.  Defective items will be reviewed on an individual basis and must be returned in new and unsoiled condition.  On Time Publishing will not be responsible or liable for items damaged by abuse, accident, neglect, or improper use.  Return damaged unused item within 14 days and On Time Publishing will exchange it.  Please indicate that you want an exchange.

5. Routing: Please package and seal your return items securely and enclose the packing list you received with your order.  If requesting a refund, please do not open the package (the packing list is actually inside the package).  Please indicate if you are requesting an exchange or a refund.  Send prepaid via US Postal Service, UPS, or any other delivery service.  Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

6. Exchanges: Once we receive your returned items for exchange, On Time Publishing will determine if they meet our exchange policies.  If so, the replacement items will be shipped to you within 14 days and On Time Publishing will pay for the shipping charges.  On Time Publishing reserves the right to refund the monetary equivalent for items instead of exchanging the damaged items.  In this case, the original shipping fee will be refunded.

7. Address Correction: If your address has changed since the original order, please provide On Time Publishing with your new address.

8. Assignment: This exchange / return policy only applies to the original purchaser and may not be transferred.
